Hong Kong people are ranked among the five most stressed in the world. Unfortunately, it's not a surprise to hear people say that Hong Kong can be a stressful place to live. Reasons that constantly make people feel under pressure:

- Everything has to be fast
- Peer pressure

Join us to understand and learn the importance of maintaining a healthy mental mindset through our various breathing exercises. Not only will you familarise yourself with stress management but also make the following discoveries to give a nice boost to your mental health:

- Tips to slow down and enjoy our lives
- Ways to prioritise and focus on what is important in life
- Communicate healthily

香港人經常處於充滿壓力的環境下先活，這絕非新鮮事。於2018年7月，在23個受訪國家及地區中，香港的健康及保健指標排尾二，有4成人指主要壓力來源為工作，比例最多。 The Lean Academy 一向認為要學習不被各種壓力影響，就要得先了解自己的精神與心理狀態，才可調節出適合自己步伐的減壓方法。這次合辦的活動除了能學習生活上可紓壓放鬆壓力的tips外，更會有導師即場指導一些基本在職場上實用的運動及呼吸技巧。此活動會以英文為主。

| Host Background |
♦ Yuri Hung
Yuri is the founder of The Lean Academy, a professional consultancy helping working professionals in well-being and search-for-meaning through application of innovative training. He is also serving as a Data Scientist for Alphazetta, and Project Leader for the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth.

Yuri was previously a seasoned management consultant and experienced in public speaking - Was invited to TED conferences twice in 2017 and other corporate events on topics related to well-being.
