To taste the world of wine is difficult now. Professional sommeliers will explain the wine geography, the national distribution, common grape varieties, etc., and then go to the wine testing section. There are at least 6 red wines, white spirits and sparkling wines served, paired with Spanish dried ham. Let participants to know and enjoy the essence of food pairing.
