Hiss From The Moat 是來自意大利米蘭的一支 Deathcore / Death Metal 樂隊。在 Blackened Death Metal 和有如 Whitechapel 標誌性的死核基礎上結合，帶來了更重型，野蠻，技術和無情兇猛的死亡金屬。他們在2013年正式發表首張專輯 Misanthropy，將更多的殘酷元素，爆炸的節拍以其技術體系打入重型業界。
樂隊由著名鼓手 James Payne 領軍，是 The Drum House 的創始人，亦曾為羅馬 Technical / Brutal Death Metal 樂隊 Hour of Penance 和美國 Death Metal 先鋒之一的樂隊 Vital Remains 擔任鼓手。主唱是阿根廷的著名歌手 Gabriel Dubko，加上意大利的活躍樂手 Giacomo "Jack" Poli 和 Carlo Cremascoli。1月15日將可以看到肆虐歐洲多年的神秘技術團隊。
Hiss From The Moat from Italy will be touring Asia from 7th of January till 15th of January 2017. The band is lead by the famous drummer, James Payne, who is also the ex drummer of Hour of Penance and Vital Remains.

Hiss From The Moat is a pretty intense death metal band from Italy. Incorporating brutal blackened death metal, alongside a few corish sounds, similar to Whitechapel, but by and large this is ferocious evil death metal. Their debut 2013 album, Misanthropy is quite a brutal offering and there are a lot of brutal elements on the album. While there are plenty of blast beats and such the band does give the songs a chance to breathe. There are some incredible groove elements that are beyond heavy and just kicks ass.
Hiss from the Moat epitomises the dominant style of Italian death metal currently – brutal, technical and relentless.
