As always, Accidental Art is dedicated to bring art into everyone's daily life.

At the end of this summer, to further connect art with local neighborhood and community, we want to invite you to our end of summer p-ART-y!

SOHO area in Hong Kong, with its neighbouring cafés, chic design shops, creative spaces and independent art galleries create a niche ambience with its unique character. In this neiborhood, Accidental Art will throw a p-ART-y for our friends, artists, art lovers, and whoever wants to enjoy a bit of art in uncoventional ways.

Art is not always framed and hanged in museums, or belongs only to collectors. Art can also be in our everyday lives. In our summer p-ART-y, with our friends in the neighborhood, Accidental Art will guide you to immerse in art with your own body movement and all of your sensory.

Also, as an enegertic and friendly local art organization, Accidental Art is 2 years old this month! Come join our p-ART-y to celebrate our birthday, to witness our progress, and most of all, to enjoy art in life!

The party will include three parts to give you diversified exposure in ART experiencing!

I. Performance Art Experiencing : Dancing with Art

Be Surrounded by artworks and express yourself in your own body language under the professional performance artist’s guidance.

II. Artist Talk : Talk with local HK Young Artist

Hong Kong is one the largest art trading centers in the world, where young artists are extremely hard to survive.

How are the young artists’ life? How do they balance between art creation and surviving? Now it is a chance to talk face to face with HK local young artists and get to know them.

III. Wine and Art ：Taste of Wine and Graffiti

If you are a wine lover and art lover, this is perfect for you. You would walk around the SOHO neighborhood with a glass of wine and talk about the graffiti works. Our art specialists will share the fun stories behind.

Performance Artist | Gigi Yiu

Gigi Yiu is a passionate and energetic artist, with a warm heart to share art and inspiration with everyone. She studied and practiced performance art overseas. Her performance and choreography experiences were acknowledged by many international awards. When she returned to Hong Kong years ago, she founded Movin' Grid -- a multi-functional spaces for music, art, cultural events, gatherings, perfect venue for endless possibilities. Currently Gigi is working on her movement workshop, introducing people to experience art through movement of the body, and ourselves.
