- #Please e-mail the participant's photo to tonia.tong@savethechildren.org on or before 10 July 2017 for the Personalized Peppa Pig Badge. We would use the participant's name instead if we do not receive the photo on or before the deadline.

- An email confirmation containing an electronic ticket will be sent to you upon successful registration, please present the ticket at the reception counter upon arrivial.
- In case of any disputes, Save the Children Hong Kong reserves the final right of decision and interpretation.
- The Chinese version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions
- Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis, with priority determined by the bank’s clearing date of the credit card payment.
- Any participant at or under the age of 3 on 19 July 2017 must be accompanied by an adult, who will not need to pay for an extra ticket. For participants above the age of 3, parents can purchase an extra ticket and enjoy the parade together with their children.
- The reception counter will be open 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the parade, participants have to present the electronic ticket at the counter in order collect their goodie bag before the event. Participants will be invited for the exclusive photo session with Peppa Pig after they have completed the entire parade route.
- The Organizer may adjust scheduled activities in the event of a rainy day. All updates will be posted on our Facebook page.
- If a Typhoon Signal No. 3 and above or a Red/Black Rainstorm warning signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory on the event day at or before 10:00 am, the event will be cancelled. The Organizer will notify all participants via the Facebook event page at 10:30am the same day.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel scheduled activities in the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, a Red Rainstorm warning, or a Black Rainstorm warning. Scheduled activities will be cancelled immediately and will invite the participants to leave.
- Donations will NOT be refunded if participants withdraw from “Save the Children x Peppa Pig Family Carnival,” under any circumstances.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel scheduled activities in the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, a Red Rainstorm warning, or a Black Rainstorm warning. Scheduled activities will not be re-organised if they are cancelled due to inclement weather. Participants understand that all donations are not eligible for a refund.
- Save the Children will process participant information exactly as it is entered on the online registration page. Information provided by the participants may not be amended after submission. Mistaken and incomplete information will not be accepted.
- Save the Children can only use the contact information provided on the online registration form to contact participants, and does not take responsibility if this contact information is entered incorrectly or incompletely by participants. Save the Children cannot make alternate arrangements to contact participants. Please ensure that all contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
- By registering for the "Charity Parade," participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to accept all terms and conditions. Save the Children Hong Kong reserves the right to deem a participant ineligible for participation if he or she violates the terms and conditions of this event.
- Save the Children Hong Kong will only use the personal information provided by participants for this campaign, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance for personal data collection.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject any application for participation in the parade.
- The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs and recordings taken during the event for any purposes, including promotion.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the above information at any time, without prior notice, though all possible steps will be taken to make information available as soon as possible.
- In the event of any disputes, Save the Children Hong Kong reserves the final right of decision and interpretation.
