Q1. How to start my Reservation or Ticket Purchase ?
Please go to the event project page and choose the ticket(s) you want. Press the "Book Now" button to start the reservation. You can reserve your booking after confirmation your personal details and payment (for the paid ticket(s) only) details or after login to your account.
Q2. Why can't i receive any emails from ETICKETS.HK when other people can ?
I'm using Gmail / Yahoo / Hotmail / Outlook email account for my registration / my purchase.
Depending on the security preference of your mail box, Gmail / Yahoo / Hotmail / Outlook mail box automatically identifies spam and other suspicious emails and may send them to Spam / Junk folder. Please try to discover our emails in the Spam / Junk folder and move it back to Inbox folder.
Q3. How do I change my Account profile ?
You can update your account information via our platform https://etickets.hk/en/login/. Please login and roll over on your "User Profile Picture", then go to "User Profile" to change your personal details and setting preferences.
Q4. I have mistyped my email address for my purchase / reservation. What can I do ?
I'm not getting any notification emails from ETICKETS.HK. I cannot login to the platform to change my email address. With the mistyped email address, I cannot request login password through "Forgot Password" page.

Please contact your organizer by tele-call or sending an email enquiry to request a refund / cancellation of your order first (You should find the email address, contact number for the enquiry in the "Project" page or the "Organizer" page.). Then you can purchased / reserved tickets again with your new email address.

Q5. How do I change my Email Address ?
I have mistyped my email address when I first time purchased / reserved tickets on ETICKETS.HK. I cannot receive any notification email and my ETICKET.

You can update your login email address via our platform in the following steps:

Step 1A (Auto-login after your order completed):
For your first order / first time purchase, your user account is created and you automatically login to ETICKETS.HK after your purchase.

Login to your account: https://etickets.hk/en/login/
(If you forgot your login password, please go to "Forgot Password" page https://etickets.hk/en/forgot/ to reset your password.)

Step 2 (After Login):
Please login and roll over on your "User Profile Picture", then select "User Profile" to change your personal details and setting preferences.

Step 3 (User Profile):
Please click "Change" button (Next to "Login Email Address") and press "Change Email Address" button after you inputted and confirmed your new email address.

Step 4 (Mail Box):
Now you should find a confirmation email from ETICKETS.HK in your mail box that associated with your new email address. Please press "Verify your Email Address" to confirm the change of your new email address. Now, you can login with your new email address.

Login → User Profile → "Change" button next to "Login Email Address" → Type and confirm your new email address → "Change Email Address" button → Press "Verify your Email Address" in the confirmation email.

Q6. How do I request to resend my ETICKET ?
I'm not able to receive any confirmation emails from your platform and so I had changed my email address.

Please contact your organizer by tele-call or sending an email enquiry to request sending you ETICKET again (You should find the email address, contact number for the enquiry in the "Project" page or the "Organizer" page.). Your organizer will send you ETICKETS again through the organizer control panel of our platform.

A reminder email with your ETICKET, that automatically generated from our platform on behalf of the organizer will send to you 12 hours & 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the event project.

Q7. How do I change my Login Password ?
You can update your account information via our platform https://etickets.hk/en/login/. Please login and roll over on your "User Profile Picture", then go to "User Profile" to change your personal details and setting preferences.
Q8. How do I change my Langauge Settings ?
You can update the language settings for your account via our platform https://etickets.hk/en/login/. Please login and roll over on your "Profile Picture", then go to "User Profile", and choose the language under "Settings".
Q9. What is your Refunds Policy ?

All organizers in our platform agree to our sales & refund policy. User can apply refund and cancellation to request refund from organizer within 7 days after the date of purchase and at least 7 days before project launch, otherwise all item/ticket(s) sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For a success refund, the purchase price of the item/ticket(s) with service fee will be refunded to the buyers of original item/ticket(s) only. Refer. to Refunds Policy https://etickets.hk/en/tnc/

Step 2 (After Login):
Please login and roll over on your "User Profile Picture", then select "My Payment" to view your transactions.

Step 3 (My Payments):
Please press "Refund" button (the orange icon) under the column of actions to the Refund Application form.

Step 4 (Refund Applicaiton):
Please leave messages to your organizers for the reasons of refund and verify the process by entering your login password (for the users login with social media facebook / google accounts, please enter your login email address) to confirm the refund applicaiton. Now please press "Continue a Refund Application" to confirm the refund process.

Login → My Payment → "Refund" button (the orange icon) → Leave messages to your organizers + type your login password / email address (for social media login) → "Continue a Refund Application" button → Receive "Refund Application" confirmation email.

Q10. I booked an event but it's Canceled or Postponed. Can I get a refund ?
For any project cancellation or postponement caused by adverse weather conditions or as a result of instructions from the organizers, please contact the organizer of the event. The organizer shall be responsible for refunding the purchase price of the item/ticket(s) with service fee will be refunded to the buyers of original item/ticket(s) only
Q11. Do I need to print my ETICKETS ?
You'll only be asked to show the ETICKET(S) on your mobile phone at the door of the event venue. The organizer will scan the QRCode on your Mobile for your check-in.
Q12. What happens if my event is postponed by the organizer ?
Our organizer should make announcements or email notification if the event has been officially postponed or rescheduled. Your tickets will be valid for the new date or you can request a full refund from the organizer. You can refund by login to our platform https://etickets.hk/en/login/. Please login and roll over on your "Profile Picture", then go to "My Payment", and click the button "Refund" and submit the Refund Application Form. The organizer will process your refund. If the event has not yet been rescheduled, we encourage you to check the project page, or reach the organizer by enquiry contact, for the most up-to-date information.
Q13. How can I insert images to the event description in the project ticketing page ?
You can insert your image to the project description input box by pasting image URL in the project profile page under project control panel. First of all, you need a place to store your image. You can place the image URL from your event website or We recommend you to upload your image onto Google Drive / Dropbox (But it may not be displayed properly in Mainland China. Baidu Drive would be one of the alternatives for image upload if your target audiences are from Mainland China) and retrieve the image URL.

Take Google Drive as an example:
  1. Login to your Google Drive
  2. Click "Add" button to upload a image file
  3. When the file upload is completed, roll over and right click the file name, you can find a option "Share file through a URL" with a linkage icon.
  4. Now you can see your file has already been changed from “Private” to “Public”. And please copy the URL link provided and paste to the input box of project description in the ETICKETS platform.
